From April you can expect much better weather but also higher costs.

Food scene in Bali
When it comes to the local food in Bali, you can try different things, and they will usually be very cheap. The street food is something that you have to try, and the prices range around 10.000 IDR. If you go to a bar, the food will be around 15.000 IDR. The “normal” food that we eat can be found there as well, but it will cost you a little bit more, around 125.000 IDR.
Another great thing is that a bottle of water costs under 5.000 IDR which is very cheap and very necessary since water in Bali is not safe for drinking for people that are not used to it. You’re even advised to brush your teeth with bottled water and to avoid getting ice cubes in your drinks.
What to see when you travel to Bali
The whole island is covered with magical Hindu Temples, and you have to see at least one. The temples are considered to be Bali’s most known attractions. If you plan to visit a temple, then you have to wear a sarong and a sash to cover yourself. The people of Bali are very religious and it is considered very disrespectful to go inside a temple without the proper clothing.
